At the XIV All-Russian Student Olympiad in Epidemiology in Moscow at the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov, the first-year resident of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology Dolgora Tsydenova, together with fifth-year students Sergey Lobanov and Ekaterina Peshkova, sixth-year student Stepan Pinyugin, worthily represented ChSMA.
We applaud our four: the second team place among 19 teams of leading universities in Russia! Most of the rivals are representatives of medical and preventive faculties. Competing, our guys showed an excellent result. And in the creative competition, they became the best.
The Olympiad included three stages: a quiz; case training on HAI investigation; creative competition.
"Many thanks to our Department of Infectious Diseases, Head of the Department of Public Health and Health Care Victoria Dudareva, the epidemiological service of the Trans-Baikal Regional Clinical Hospital and the chief freelance epidemiologist Irina Voronova for valuable knowledge, materials and support.
Congratulating the team, we sincerely wish tireless scientific research, success, and new Olympiads.
