️The Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy volleyball team won silver at the All-Russian Festival "Physical Culture and Sports - the Second Profession of a Doctor". As we reported, as part of the third stage of the sports festival under this name in Khabarovsk among the medical universities of the Far Eastern Federal District, the men's team of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy won first place. The success of the team received a worthy continuation: in the final of the festival, which took place in Saratov, the volleyball players of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy won silver medals. On the way to the final, our athletes confidently beat the teams of Dagestan Moscow State University, Bashkir State Medical University, Siberian State Medical University of Tomsk in their subgroup, and Smolensk State Medical University in the semifinals. In the final, the team of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University was defeated: the match turned out to be spectacular and memorable. In the decisive game for gold, the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy team met with the team of Ural State Medical University. Despite the stubborn resistance and selfless play, our volleyball players lost to their opponents, but showed a real fighting spirit and the will to win.
